| Afin d'étudier l'action du sédiment sur les populations de Ruditapes philippinarum, 12 000 individus ont été répartis en 1986 sur 3 substrats dans le bassin de Marennes-Oléron. Tous les paramètres du milieu sont analysés sur les 3 sites pendant un cycle annuel parallèlement aux suivis biométriques, biochimiques et énergétiques sur les animaux. Ainsi dans ce secteur d'élevage "Les Doux" où l'influence estuarienne (Charente) est faible, les phénomènes circadiens, régissant la dynamique sédimentaire, n'affectent pas la distribution du matériel dissous. | Fishing performances of four different types of boats (pirogues, outboard, whalers, schooners) are studied through the analysis of the temporal evolution, between July 1985 and June 1988, for four parameters: numbers of active fishing boats,- total number of fishing trips, - average number of trips/boat, - average trip duration. The trends from these analysis reveals that the boats involved in the handline fishery in seychelles have evolved considerably. These changes must be taken into consideration in the case of an eventual reorganisation of the fleet. |

| Visando estabelecer a marcha de absorção, quantidade exportada e reciclada de nitrogênio, fósforo, potássio e cálcio na bananeira cultivar Prata, instalou-se um ensaio no Estado do Espírito Santo, em janeiro de 1980, em terreno com declividade média de 40% e solo cambissólico distrófico. Sorteou-se três plantas matrizes do plantio até 465 dias após (colheita),sendo bimensal até 300 dias e mensal até o final, totalizando doze estádios de desenvolvimento, e três plantas rebento, mensalmente, da emissão até 300 dias após, atingindo nove estádios. | Com o objetivo de avaliar o comportamento de três cultivares de soja (IAC-9, UFV-1 e Cristalina), realizou-se, durante o ano agrícola de 1986/87, um experimento na Estação Experimental de Itararé, em cambissolo álico com A proeminente. Durante o inverno, essa área vinha sendo utilizada, desde 1979, para o estudo de níveis de calagem (0, 3, 6, 9 e 12t/ha de calcário dolomítico) em três cultivares de trigo. O calcário foi reaplicado nas mesmas quantidades em março de 1983. Na semeadura de soja, efetuou-se apenas adubação com fósforo e potássio. This problem is linked to certain peculiarities inherent to fishing: the renewable and common character of the exploited resource, and the great variability of catches. | Estudaram-se os efeitos de doses de fertilizantes químicos acrescidos de adubação orgânica (20t/ha de composto) na produtividade, número e peso de frutos (totais e comerciáveis) do pimentão cv. Agronômico 10-G. A adubação mineral constou de quantidades variáveis da fórmula 04-16-08, no plantio, e de coberturas com N e K. Australia's emphasis on international agricultural trade reform also dominated domestic policy, which was concerned with complementary microeconomic efficiency reforms. | An evaluation was made of the performance of agricultural marketing cooperatives within the context of rural development strategies in the Philippines and Indonesia. It was also recognized that cooperatives in LDC's could act as an important institutional mechanism for improving the coordination of the food systems in the two accounts. | This study analyzed supply functions for agricultural output and demand functions for factors of production for Georgia. These relationships were derived with duality theory from a normalized quadratic profit function. Land has been included in other duality studies as a fixed factor as opposed to an endogenous factor. In this study, the system of supply and demand equations was augmented with a supply equation for land, which allowed land rents to be an endogenous factor. Consequently it was possible to measure the impact of output and input prices on land rents. |
